PSC redeploys promotes AIGS, 37 CPS

Bauchi State Police Command has arrested 11 people for alleged impersonation and certificate forgery in the ongoing recruitment exercise of Nigeria Police force in Bauchi State.
According to the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, of the state command, DSP Haruna Mohammed disclosed this in a press statement issued to newsmen yesterday in Bauchi.
He explained that the seven suspects were being investigated after which they would be charged to court for the alleged offense and warned the general public on the consequences of such acts.
He disclosed that one Abdullahi Suleiman, male, and 23 years of Tafawa Balewa local government who was a dismissed Police Constable and Ex convict in 2010, re-applied for constable cadre with different credentials bearing Kabiru Ibrahim Dikal who was also arrested.
On the recruitment exercise, Haruna said the screening of the shortlisted applicants into the Nigeria Police Force in Bauchi State includes Cadet Asps, Inspectors and Constables, saying so far, out of 7772 shortlisted applicants, over 3943 were screened at the state command level comprising of 189 Cadet ASPS,1656 Cadet inspectors and 2098 constables respectively.
