The Court of Appeal will on Monday, October 19, deliver judgment in an appeal filed by the Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, challenging the legality of his arraignment at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, reports Channelstv.

In the appeal argued by his counsel Mr Joseph Daudu (SAN), the Senate President asked the appellate court to set aside the proceeding of the Code of Conduct Tribunal held last month.
