At least 20 people including children were killed on Tuesday in a regime barrel bomb attack on a mini-bus stand in Syria’s Aleppo city, a monitor said.

The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said at least 30 people were wounded in the attack and the death toll was expected to rise because a number of the injured were in a serious condition.
