Governor Isa Yuguda of Bauchi state has been commended for touching the lives of citizens of the state during his eight years of governance in the state. This remark was made yesterday by the Emir of Bauchi and chairman of council of Chiefs, Alhaji Rilwanu Sulaiman Adamu when he led other Emirs on a courtesy call at the government House Bauchi.
The Emir of Bauchi explained that during the eight years of Governor Yuguda’s governance he was able to touch the lives of different people across the state through the execution of various projects and programmes in the state.
He cited the construction of the state university, specialist Hospital and the international airport as part of dividend of democracy provided to the people of the state as well as boosting economic of the state.
Responding, Governor Yuguda thanked the Emirs for the visit and their support which contributed immensely to the success he recorded during his eight years of governance.
The governor called on the Emirs and people of the state to extend same support to the in-coming administration to provide avenue for positive development in the state.
