Muhammadu Buhari,
yesterday, altered the mode
of prayers at the weekly
Federal Executive Council,
FEC meeting.
Usually, Buhari would
ask one Muslim and one
Christian minister to say
the opening prayers. But
yesterday, the president
allowed two Christian
ministers to do so.
They were the Ministers
of Agriculture and Labour,
Audu Ogbeh and Chris
Ngige respectively.
After Ogbeh prayed,
Buhari called on the Minister
of State for Environment,
Jubril Ibrahim, who was
absent. He then asked
Ngige to pray.
Ngige reminded Buhari
that he is also a Christian,
but the president still gave
him the go-ahead.
