Justice Adeniyi Ademola on wednesday struck out two out of the three pending suits challanging the eligibility of the president-elect, Muhammed Buhari to contest the march 28, 2015 presidential election.

This followed the withdrawal by the plentiffs in the matter. Chief Mike Ozekheme (SAN), representing one of the plaintiffs, told the presiding Judge at the Federal High Court in Abuja that his client decided to withdraw his suit to enable the incoming government focus on the enormous task of governance.
