Manchester City have been drawn against Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-finals.

Real’s rivals Atletico Madrid will meet Bayern Munich in the other semi-final.

The draw means City, who will be managed by Pep Guardiola next season, could meet the Spaniard’s current charges Bayern in the final.

The first leg will be played on 26-27 April with the return legs on 3-4 May, while the final takes place at Milan’s San Siro Stadium on 28 May.

The draw means a return to Manchester for Cristiano Ronaldo, who is the leading scorer in this season’s competition with 16 goals.
