Plateau state governor, Simon Lalong, yesterday approved the appointment of an 11-man administrative panel to investigate the circumstances that led to the Chlorine Gas leakage that occurred at the Lamingo treatment Plant about a week ago.
According to a statement signed by Izam Azi, the permanent secretary Policy and General Servicesyesterday, the Panel is headed by Engr Jimmy Chetto , former deputy director in the Federal Capital Developmental Agency FCDA, while Mr Peter Wuyep is to serve as secretary.
Speaking at the occasion ,  Chetto assured the governor and people of the state that they would carry out the assignment with the seriousness that it deserves.
