In a bid to reducing the financial burden on clubs, Africa Football Governing Body, CAF, has offered financial supports for all the teams in both the Champions league and Confederation cup.
The outbreak of Coronavirus across the continent and globally has seriously affected the finances of all the football clubs.
CAF on Monday reasoned that the financial assistants to the remaining teams was necessary and therefore proposed a $50,000 to ease their travels.
Al Ahly and Zamalek ( Egypt), Raja Casablanca and Wydad Casablanca (Morocco) are the remaining teams in the Champions league.
In the CAF Confederation Cup are Pyramids (Egypt), Horoya (Guinea), RS Berkane and Hassana Agadir (Morocco).
