Security expert and leader of the Niger-Delta Security Committee, Commander Bibi Oduku has condemned the kidnap of Delta State chairman of Buhari Supporters Organisation, BSO, Dr. Isaac Tobore Ajuashi, describing it as inhuman.
Oduku, reacting yesterday, also charged the children and other family members of the kidnapped victim to be calm and prayerful, appealing to the kidnappers to free the victim unconditionally.
According to him, “This was not the time to create tension in the region but to allow peace to reign in every part of the region.”
He assured that Gen. Muhammadu Buhari had a lot of goodies for the Niger-Delta youths and women, and advised them not to use their hands to destroy the good plans because they had not been unfolded.
He explained that Niger-Delta would benefit more if the people would say no to violence, kidnapping and all kinds of social vices, expressing confidence that the region would experience appreciable height in the area of developmental projects if all hands were on deck to bring relative peace to the region.
Oduku appealed to all Niger-Delta youths, men and women to support the administration of Gen. Buhari in order to attract more job opportunities and dividends of democracy to the region.
