The former National Security Adviser, (NSA) Colonel Sambo Dasuki, a Director of Finance at the office of the NSA, Shuaibu Salisu and Aminu Baba Kusa have entered a not guilty plea to 19 count charges of stealing, criminal breach of trust, misappropriation, conspiracy and diversion of public funds to the tune of over 32 billion Naira.

The court, however, adjourned to Tuesday the 15th to hear the bail application filed by the former National Security Adviser.

Earlier, the trial of the former National Security Adviser, Colonel Sambo Dasuki, over allegations of illegal possession of arms had again been stalled following the filing of a preliminary objection by the counsel to Colonel Dasuki.

Colonel Dasuki’s lawyer is challenging the application by the Federal Government to revoke the bail granted to the former National Security Adviser by the court, Channelstv reports.
