Addressing journalists in Lokoja yesterday, the command said already, six of the suspects have been arraigned in court, while the rest four that were operating in full military combat uniforms were paraded and to be arraigned today. The state director of the command, Mr. Joseph Okpo added that the command last week arrested four of a six-man gang that had been operating along Abuja-Lokoja highway. Explaining further, he said the arrested suspects were Haruna Saleh, Kabiru Shuaibu, Mumuni Adamu and Tukur Shuaibu, adding that the people specialised in robbery and kidnapping along the major roads in the state. He stressed that the suspects were arrested on their way from Kaduna axis to link up with some people in Obajana where they planned to engage in fresh operations. However, Okpo said the suspects were already giving a very good lead on the source of their uniform, adding that the command had already linked up with the state command of the Nigeria Police to investigate the source of the military uniform.
