Education has collapsed in Imo – Ihedioha

Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives and governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Imo State, Chief Emeka Ihedioha has said that education in Imo State has collapsed.
Ihedioha disclosed this at the palace of Eze Love Wogu of Umuola Egbelu in Aba North Local Government Area, Abia State.
The Deputy Speaker ,who said that they in the palace to attract the blessings of the traditional rulers ,noted that Imo now rates 34 out of the 36 states in the country.
According to him, some Imo indigenes are now swear-in affidavit that they no longer belong to Imo State.
“In no distant time, our sorrows will turn to joy. PDP is he only salvation for Igbos,” he said.
He continued, “Imo people have decided to chase out bad governance and usher in good governance. The essence of the visit is to tell you that Imo people have decided to enthrone me as the next governor of the state. The excitement in Imo is high, the enthusiasm is real.”
Ihedioha said that the federal government has awarded the Port- Harcourt- Enugu expressway to five contractors who have gone to site.
He urged the South- East people to vote 100 per cent for PDP.
Nigerian Pilot Saturday reports that Ihedioha was in Aba to see the Imo community in the city at Abia State Polytechnic.
