Rumpus over Bulkachuwa’s chairmanship of Presidential Election Tribunal

….Says Nigeria can’t progress under Buhari, Atiku, APC or PDP

Frontline politician and second republic Governor of old Kaduna State,
Alhaji Balarabe Musa has taken the bull by the horn in finding last solution
to the multiple problems bedeviling the country's democratic system of
government and consequently asked Nigerians to immediately embark on a
constitutional revolution.
The old breed politician, who also doubles as the chairman, Conference of
Nigeria Political Parties, CNPP, stated this recently in an exclusive chat
with the Nigerian Pilot weekend in Kaduna, where he noted that the only
options left to the country to rescue the nation's democracy and make it
work through constitutional revolution.
The National Chairman of People's Redemption party, PRP, for years, said
that it is only Nigerians who needed to take their destinies in their hands
now and rescue the nation's democracy by embarking on constitutional
The National leader of PRP observed in the chat, that the present leading
roles of President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress,
APC, and Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Presidential Candidate, Atiku
Abubakar, will not rescue Nigeria from the declining fortunes of democracy
in the country.

According to him, the 2019 general elections conducted by the Buhari's
Government has proved that the nation's democracy and civil rule have
declined to the lowest ebb, judging from the role of money politics and the
irregularities that trailed the results of the conduct of the polls.
Musa, who spoke on the state of the nation, following the outcome of the
general elections, said that: "Nigeria’s democracy has to be rescued from
the hands of bad leadership in Nigeria", saying that "President Buhari and
Atiku cannot provide the required and genuine solutions to the country's
declining democracy".
Condemning the conduct of the general elections under the present
Government of President Buhari, he argued that "This is no election; it is
money game and writing of elections results",
Citing the Governorship rerun election in Kano state, Alhaji Musa remarked
that "The election in Kano is an indication that we are now getting into
worst political situation in Nigeria".
He also faulted the conduct of the Presidential, National Assemblies polls,
which according to him were marred with irregularities.
"Nigeria cannot progress under the leadership of Buhari or Atiku; APC or
PDP. And with money power and politics we are going nowhere and things
are getting worse politically in Nigeria" he added
The elder statesman insisted that in order to rescue the nation from the
current declining fortune of our democracy, "let the Nigerian people embark
on constitutional revolution without violence", adding that "it has happened
in Britain, America, France and even in some progressive African
He suggested that "if the Peaceful revolution does not work, then we need
a proletarian revolution to enforce genuine democracy and remove bad
leadership & quot.
