Former Super Eagles player, Emeka Ezeugo has embarked on a 1,500 kilometer race from Port-Harcourt to Kaduna.
The race is aimed at shoring up national integration and social co-existence among Nigerians irrespective of religious, political and social divides.
The ex-international said that the race is his own contribution in sensitising Nigerians to support the President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration. He said that the challenges facing the administration are enormous and needed all hands to be on deck in resolving it.
Ezeugo in a telephone interview yesterday during a stop-over in Onitsha, Anambra State said that he had raced through the state capitals of Rivers, Akwa-Ibom, Abia, Imo and Delta states.
Ezeugo, who was a member of the ‘94 Super Eagles squad said that at each state capital he delivered a message of peace.
