As the nation and Bayelsa state get
prepared for the next set of general
elections as occasioned by the release
of the time table by the Independent
National Electoral Commission (INEC),
the Campaign for Development and
Democracy in Bayelsa (CDDB) has
commenced the process of a strategic
collaboration with groups
According to a statement, issued
and signed by the Executive Director
Dr Ekiyor Konrad Welson, said the
partnership and alliance with relevant
groups and individuals in the state who
have the ambition to govern the state
and participate in the next gubernatorial
election in 2019.
He said, this is a clarion call to all those
who want to be Governor of Bayelsa
state come 2019.
To this end, and in line with the core
mandate of the organization, CDDB
hereby calls on all eligible and interested
persons and groups in the state who
need the support and the endorsement
of the Grass roots structure of CDDB
for the purpose of Good Governance
and Development through Participatory
Democracy to get in touch with the
organization by sending their CV and
other relevant information to its email:

and the 15th of February 2018.

screened and invited for an interactive
session with the representatives of
the masses and the Media where such
individuals would be expected to
articulate their ideas, beliefs and plans
for the administration of the state.
