Justice II Kunda of Plateau State High Court sitting in Bukuru in Jos South LGA of Plateau has ordered yesterday in his ruling on the case between Mustapha Abukakar of Giwa FC supporters club against LMC and NFF that LMC chairman and chief Operation officer be committed to Jos Federal Prison for 14 days and issue an arrest warrant of commitment.

Justice Kunda in his ruling delivered yesterday September 16, committed the LMC officials to Jos Federal Prison untilthey obey the court order.

It would be recalled that sequel to the expulsion of Giwa Football Club of Jos, a State High Court Jos, Plateau State, had granted the prayers of the Club seeking it’s reinstatement to the Nigerian Professional Football League, but the LMC Chairman and the chief Operation officer both disobey the court order to reinstate Giwa football clubs as well as stop the league.

Hon. Justice kunda said the order remain valid.

Counsel to the LMC Oludele Olujimi SAN refused to talk to Journalist on the ruling whether he was satisfied or not.

However Counsel to Mustapha and Giwa supporters club Sunday Lafat H.S Ardzard and Co. expressed satisfaction with the ruling and said the ruling represent Justice for all the parties in court.
