In a bid to improve the performance of students in public examinations, the Administrator of Lokoja Local Government Council in Kogi State, Shiru Lawal, has flagged-off a free holiday class for students. The administrator disclosed this to journalists in Lokoja, yesterday, even as he lamented the decay in the educational system.
