The former President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Alhaji Aminu Maigari has described the decision of the former Super Eagles Coach, Sunday Oliseh to resign as most unfortunate, especially at this crucial time when the country is playing its qualifying series.
Maigari who spoke in Bauchi said the former super Eagles player resigned based on his allegation of unpaid salaries which according to him, NFF has paid him.
The ex-numero uno of the country’s football body advocated for the engagement of a foreign Technical Adviser who would dedicate his time and experience on presenting a formidable and sound team, unlike some indigenous ones that engineered players to stage a protest for unnecessary demands.
He urged Nigerians to always be patience with football administrators and players as the game of football is about winning and losing, hence the need for Nigerians to always pray for positive development to the country.
Commenting on the just concluded FIFA election where Gianni Infantino was elected as new President, Aminu Maigari congratulated the new FIFA boss and urged him to sanitize the body as he promised to do especially on the issue of corruption and providing enabling environment for member countries to bring changes on the football development.
He commended the new FIFA president for introducing the involvement of more women in the affairs of the Federation as well as the increase of participation countries in football competition and urged him to use his vast experience and restore the lost glory of the body.

Like asking for their pays? Which foreign Coach will work for 7 months without pay like Keshi or Siasia?
Same reason Lagerback demanded his pay be forwarded through FIFA.
Miagari, no wonder you were thrown out:
