A 25-year-old man, Gbadamosi Olaide, was on Thursday arraigned in an Ota Senior Magistrates’ Court in Ogun over alleged threat to life and conspiracy.
Olaide, who lives at Ogunyemi St., Iyana-Ilogbo,Ota, is facing a two-count of conspiracy and threat to life.
The prosecutor, Sgt. Chudu Gbesi, told the court that the accused and others at large, committed the offences on June 28 at about 7.30 p.m. at Iyana-Iyesi, Ota.
Gbesi alleged that the accused and his accomplices conspired and threatened the complainants, Olaoluwa Omowunmi and Agboola Lateef, with gun.
He said that the offences contravened Sections 82(2) and 516 of the Criminal Code Laws of Ogun, 2006.
The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The Senior Magistrate, Mr S.O. Banwo, granted the accused bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum .
He adjourned case till Aug.16 for hearing.(NAN)
