In line with its strategy of building relationships with its channel partners, leading ICT Company in Nigeria, MTN, unveiling of a reward scheme tagged MTN TruTalk Win-a-Home promo, with a N15 million house as the star prize.
The promo is targeted at MTN bizlift retailers who sell physical and virtual airtime pan Nigeria.
The MTN TruTalk Win-a-home promo is borne out of the need to reward its over half a million retail vendors across the country for their loyalty and support since inception of the business.
To win, retailers are expected to migrate to MTN TruTalk by dialling *400# or send 400 to 131 after which they can register their first 11 numbers by dialling *560*1*num# and send. Retailers are also expected to get a minimum of 20 customers every month to migrate and register their own first 11 on the TruTalk platform. They can then confirm registration
Speaking at the launch, Sales and Distribution Executive, MTN, Omatsola Barrow, said it was time the company did something special for the vendors in appreciation of support received over the years.
“We know the importance of relationship and our Retailers are our most important customers, which is why we decided to do something special for them with the TruTalk Win-a-Home promo. With this promo, Retailers can win the star prize of a home worth N15 million or its cash equivalent, among other mouth watering prizes”, he said.
The promo is expected to run pan Nigeria for a period of six weeks after which the winner will be selected with a house in any area of choice. For the duration of the promo, other prizes which can be won include N2,000 bonus airtime and N11,000 from making a three minutes call everyday from the MTN TruTalk migrated number as they participate in the promo.
“From time to time, we provide training and educate them on our products and services thereby building a partnership which adds value. It is however not just about providing them education and awareness, it is also about providing them with the opportunity to win prizes because they have worked so hard in the last couple of years,” Barrow added.
MTN currently has over 500,000 registered retailers on its channel network and to ensure they all participate in the reward scheme, the company will be launching the MTN TruTalk Win-a-Home promo in six other locations across the country.
