“My job as the 17th FCT minister is very transient and I do hope that if we harness all your capabilities, we will be able to achieve the mandate of Mr. President. As the seat of government, people are watching and criticising our moves. Our success can easily be seen as well as our failures. And am sure that our failure will also affect Mr. President’s quest to deliver the dividends of democracy to Nigerians.”
