PSG Ladies have completed the signing of Ngozi Ebere from Rivers Angels on a two-year deal.

Ebere who was on parade for the Super Falcons at the 2015 Fifa Women’s World Cup would be hoping to be a regular in Farid Benstiti’s squad as she hopes to compete with Laure Boulleau, Laura Georges, Sabrina Delannoy, Jessica Houara, Josephine Henning and Hawa Cissoko for first team action.

“I am here to give the best of myself and to win trophies,” Ebere said.

“I am very motivated by this new challenge that awaits me here in Paris. It’s a dream come true.”

Coach Farid Benstiti also expressed his delight at having Ebere in the squad.
“Ebere is a Nigerian who plays left-back. She has great potential and qualities that were shown in the last World Cup,” Benstiti said.

“She will need time to adapt, but her qualities will enable her to be ready fairly quickly.”

She has been handed jersey no. 6 and is expected to make her debut for her new team when they travel to face Olympic Lyon Ladies on September 27, 2015.

PSG Ladies are third on the French Women topflight log with 10 points after three games.
