Managing Director of an Abuja-based chartered accounting firm, Mr. Taju Audu, said his firm Taju Audu and Co has signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, with TGS Global, an international accounting firm for the provision of accounting, audit, tax and commercials legal services.
In a statement made available to journalists in Abuja, Audu was quoted to have said that his firm is delighted to be the first member of TGS Global in Nigeria. He said the synergy with the international accounting firm would now provide support for its clients, who have interests outside the country.
According to him, the synergy entered into with TGS global gives the firm the capability to connect with quality-assured firms around the world. “We are greatly looking forward to working with the other member firms and to playing our part in the development of the network in sub-Saharan Africa.
According to him, Taju Audu, is a resource network of trained professionals who are committed to rendering excellent service to the public and serving the need of various clients.
“The firm offers a complete range of services to businesses, government agencies and individuals including audit, accounting, taxation, business advisory, financial and management consultancy. They additionally deliver specialist receivership and liquidation services, forensic accounting, ICT services and training,” he said.
