A GROUP, Plateau Youths for
Change at the weekend hailed
Mr Emmanuel Nanle, the director
of Press and Public affairs to
Gov Simon Lalong, for positively
projecting the image of
the state and highlighting the
achievements of the state governor,
Simon Lalong .
The group also commended
Nanle for the rapid changes and
development that is taking place
in the Directorate of Press and
Public affairs of the governor
since his assumption of office.
President of the group, Jerry
Bulus, in a statement issued in
Jos the Plateau state capital at the
weekend also commended the
Lalong administration for “appointing
a round peg in a round
hole” as director of Press and
Public affairs.
While urging him to rest on
his oars, the group said apart
from his cordial media relationship
with Journalists in the state,
Nanle has also raised the bar of
efficiency in his office through
his sterling leadership qualities.
“We must say that we are impressed
with Mr Nanle,s performance
so far.
“Not only has he brought professionalism
to bear in the dayto-
day running of the affairs of
his office as the mouthpiece of
the state governor, he has also
placed Plateau state on the
world map through showcasing
the achievements of his principal,
Simon Lalong in restoring
Plateau to its rightful place.”
The group also called on the
people of the state to continue to
support the Lalong-led administration.
“The Simon Lalong-led administration
has done well since
its assumption of office and has
also proven that it is determined
to provide dividends of democracy.
“See the massive road project
currently going on in most part
of Plateau.
“We must commend Lalong,s
efforts at revamping the education
sector and also his developmental
strides in boosting the
economy of the state, we call on
him to continue to do more for
the people of the state.”
