Ikorodu United forward Moses Ebiye is confident his side can turn things around, despite their poor start in the Nigeria Professional Football League season.
Oga Boys returned to winning ways after silencing Heartland FC 3-1 at the Agege Stadium in the week 14 of the NPFL last weekend.
Sam Okpodu’s men have won just two of their first fourteen games of the campaign, but the forward is sure his team would escape relegation at the end of the season.
“We are convinced that this style is the best for the group,” Ebiye told Goal.
“We have to stay competitive, play well and remain tactically correct.
“Our style is the correct one, but we have to be better defensively.
“We are moving to a phase of the season now where it is important we start picking up points like we did against Heartland on Saturday.”
