IF YOU want to become a Grand Slam champion, you don’t really do days off and Andy Murray is proving that to be the case by continuing his brutal fitness regime on holiday. This summer’s Wimbledon champion, Murray is enjoying some time away from the court ahead of defending his Olympic title in Rio de Janeiro in the next two weeks. But a period without tennis doesn’t mean Murray isn’t training and in fact the Scot seems to be working harder than ever as he bids for more tournament glory. The three-time Grand Slam champion, who was the king of SW19 once again earlier this month, has been keen to show off his fitness exploits and posted a picture to his Facebook page of him enduring a Wattbike session by the sea.
