Nigerian equities market continued its down trend yesterday as NSE ASI depreciated by 0.62% to close at 30,141.06basis points, compared with the 0.25% depreciation recorded previously. Its Year-to-Date (YTD) returns currently stands at 13.03%
Market breadth closed negative as Unity bank led 15gainers against 30losers topped by Vita Foam at the end of yesterday’s session- an unimproved performance when compared with previous outlook.
Market turnover closes negative as volume declined by 12.74% against 28.44% decline recorded in the previous session. Access ban, GTB and Zenith bank were the most active to boost market turnover. Zenith bank and GTB top market value list.
