ACTIVITIES on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange closed on a positive note on Monday as NSE ASI appreciated by 1.21% to close at 33,249.19 basis points, compared with the 0.81% depreciation recorded previously.
Its Year-to-Date (YTD) returns currently stands at -4.06%.
Market breadth closed positive as Forte Oil led 30gainers against 20losers topped by Neimeht at the end of yesterday’s session- an improved performance when compared with previous outlook.
Market turnover closes negative as volume declined by 10.01% against 9.39% decline recorded in the previous session. Access bank, FBNH and Fidelity bank were the most active to boost market turnover. NB and Access bank top market value list.
