SELL-off on the Nigerian Stock Exchange continued to deepen yesterday, as NSE ASI depreciated by 0.23% to close at 30,042.38basis points, compared with the 0.68% appreciation recorded previously.
Its Year-to-Date (YTD) returns currently stands at -13.32%
Market breadth closed negative as Paintcom led 5gainers against 33losers topped by Ttarscorp at the end of yesterday’s session- an unimproved performance when compared with previous outlook.
Market turnover closes negative as volume declined by 2.69% against 35.34% decline recorded in the previous session. Access bank, UBA and Skye bank were the most active to boost market turnover. Nestle and GTB top market value list.
