Nigerian Stock market continued its bearish trend yesterday as NSE ASI depreciated by 0.98% to close at 29,747.57 basis points, compared with the 0.23% depreciation recorded previously.
Its Year-to-Date (YTD) returns currently stands at -14.17%
Market breadth closed negative as Skye bank led 16gainers against 27losers topped by Evans Medical at the end of yesterday’s session- an improved performance when compared with previous outlook.
Market turnover closes positive as volume surged by 858.92% against 2.69% decline recorded in the previous session. Equity Assurance, Zenith bank and Access bank were the most active to boost market turnover. Equity Assurance and Zenith bank top market value list.
