A Pan Socio-Cultural group in the Niger Delta region, Egbesu United, has learnt its’ voice to calls for the sack of whom it described as impostor, Tikari Danjuma, as the Coordinator of the Riverine Community Protection Programme, RCPP, newly created by the Minister of the Niger Delta, Usani Uguru Usani, noting that Danjuma is not fit and proper for such highly rated office.

Speaking in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital, National Chairman of the group, Godstime Ebiri, stated that Danjuma was foisted on the Minister by the self acclaimed leaders from the region who were fast becoming irrelevant in the scheme of things and were left with the choice of presenting and impersonator to the minister in a grand of conspiracy to hold on the security of the region so that they will be extorting money from the oil majors and by extension the federal government.

According to the group’s leader who is a lecturer in one of Nigeria’s universities, it’s worrisome for Uguru to appoint a man he described as stack illiterate to suck exalted position adding that Danjuma has also the issue of “uncertain paternity” hanging on his neck adding that the acclaimed son of the former Minister of Defence, T.Y.Danjuma had at a time claimed to be a son to retired General from Delta state and was disclaimed accordingly.

Such a character the group insisted he should not have a place in the administration which anchors on change adding that Uguru was running on a different page aside from the platform President Muhammadu Buhari, he is also noted for an action they described as a cast of aspersions on the person of the minister.
