TOTTENHAM have opened talks with Bayern Munich over a potential move for Mario Gotze this summer. Gotze joined Bayern three years ago from Borussia Dortmund and instantly became an important member of the first team. The Germany international made 93 appearances in his first two seasons but just 21 in the most recent campaign. And now German newspaper Bild claim Gotze has been telling his team-mates at Euro 2016 that he is ready to leave Bayern Munich for good this summer. A reunion with Jurgen Klopp had previously been mooted but Express Sport understands Liverpool made their £30million move for Sadio Mane having given up on signing Gotze. But the 24-year-old could still make a move to Premier League with Spurs reportedly having made enquiries about his availability.
