Turkish side, Trabzonspor, are keen on adding to their striking department and they are looking in the direction of Nigerian attacker, Brown Ideye.
It was gathered that the club are still wary of Qatari interest in star striker, Oscar Cardozo, despite the Paraguayan telling Turkish media source, Bugun, this week that he wished to remain at the club.
Regardless, they wish to add to their attacking options with Ideye of West Brom one of three men on a list.
He joins AS Roma flop, Seydou Doumbia, and Cagliari striker, Marco Sau, in interesting Trabzonspor this summer.
The Nigerian became the club’s record signing last summer when they snapped him up from Dynamo Kiev for £10 million, as confirmed by the club’s official website at the time.
But he struggled in his early days at the club.
He failed to make a consistent impact at West Brom and was not playing regularly under former boss, Alan Irvine.
