Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger has rubbished claims that Jack Wilshere will join Manchester City at the end of the current Premier League campaign.
The Frenchman believes that the England International is an integral part of his team despite spending most part of the season out with the doctors due to injury.
“You can imagine my answer [about the rumours] and send it to Sky Sports News,” Wenger said in this morning’s press conference. “We are not in a position anymore where we have to sell our best players.
“Everybody can have a really big impact over the rest of the season, Jack included. That depends on the game, the fitness, the availability and the need of the team. Everybody is exactly the same.”
Wilshere looks set to make his return this weekend when Arsenal take on Burnley as they look to cement their top four spot.
