Yemi Alade is set to release a deluxe edition of her recent sophomore album, “Mama Africa”.
The singer is building on the success of her “Mama Africa: The Diary of an African Woman” album, hoping to cover more territories.
The deluxe version which is to be released on April 6th, 2016, features new songs, new producers and collaborations from South Africa’s diva Bucie and hip-hop star AKA.
The deluxe edition features six tracks: Mama Africa (Produced by GospelOnDeBeatz), Mama Africa (Remix) feat. AKA (Produced by GospelOnDeBeatz), Waka Waka feat. Bucie (Produced by Kamera), Sugar n Spice (Produced by GospelOnDeBeatz), All Day (Produced by El Emcee), and Na Gode (Swahili Version) (Produced by Selebobo).
The deluxe edition of “Mama Africa” will be sold physically in stores internationally; it can also be ordered via Amazon and will be shipped to the customer irrespective of location.
Also, just like the standard edition of the LP, Alade will give proceeds from the deluxe album sales to charity via the#FeedAChild initiative.
The Effyzzie singer’s “Mama Africa” album was released on March 28, and features the likes of P-Square, Rotimi Keys, Sauti Sol, Flavour, Sarkodie, DJ Arafat and Selebobo.
The LP serves as the follow-up to her acclaimed “King Of Queens” debut album.
