NORTHCENTRAL zonal chairman of the Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria, YOWICAN, Engr. Daniel Kadzai has condoled with families of those that lost their lives last week in the stampede that occurred in Mina, the kingdom of Saudi Arabia while observing jamrat, one of Hajj rites.
The Christian youth leader, who urged the entire Muslim faithful to take heart and seek solace in God Almighty, noted that the entire Christian youth were deeply touched by the tragic incidence.
“As faithful, we should accept what has happened as an act of God. Let us all join heads in praying for the repose of the departed and for the avoidance of such tragic occurrence in future.”
Kadzai also enjoined all Nigerians to pray for the quick recovery of those who were injured in the unfortunate incident.
